Rates and Conditions - updated 21/10/2011    

Bookings:  The club (apartment) operates full time during winter, but Members have prior booking rights for weekends.   However, usually a few beds are available some weekends.  Guest known as - Annual Member weekend bookings open on Tuesday fortnight prior to their desired weekend.  All accommodation is 'twin share', and if 3 persons book in the odd person will usually not have to share.   Any sharing will ONLY be of the same sex ! !  

Mid-week bookings (min. 2 nights 2 persons) can be made for any future date.   A 50% deposit is required to book  firm - the balance is payable 30 days prior to the planned holiday.  Full payment 'up front' is preferred.         If you cancel before Queens birthday weekend, for those early bookings, we will refund the whole payment.     

NOTE: As at 21/10/11:  June 2012 weekends of 15/16th  &  22/23rd, rates only $250 PH for ADULTS. 

Club will only open if bookings are of 4 persons for min. 2 nights. 

Annual Member guest rates - NOTE: a teenager is rated as an Adult at 14 years.  "Off-Peak is June & after 1st weekend in September & reduced Adults rates on weekends"

REFUND POLICY:  established as from 4th Jan. 2007.    If a fully paid for booking is cancelled, a refund will be given as follows, depending on the period of time given from the planned start date of the booking.    FULL refund -  if 3 weeks or more of notice.  A 50% refund if notice of between 14 & 20 days notice.    No refund if 13 days OR less notice of cancellation. 

 NOTE - a new innovation for weekend guest bookings.  You can be ‘wait listed’ at any time on the payment of a 25% holding deposit (fully refundable – conditions apply).   If successful, you will be informed on the Tuesday fortnight prior to your desired weekend.       We prefer payment by 'EFT'  (can do Credit Card payments, no surcharge)

When paying by 'EFT'  - bank NAB - BSB 083218 / 179650037  After making the payment, please EMAIL me your Bank's 'transmission advice' - I will then confirm receipt of payment & reply with Apartments "Entry Information", door code, etc

  • The 'Snow Season' commences on the first weekend of June and concludes after the fourth weekend in September
  • 'Peak' time includes all mid-week days falling between 26/06/11- 1/09/11 inclusive.
  • 'Off-Peak' time includes all mid-week days falling between Queens birthday & 23/06/11 inclusive and falling between 1/09/11 & closing.
  • NOTE: a teenager is charged as an adult at 14 years.
