Facilities & General Information   

Facilities:  The apartment is cosy and well carpeted, with hydronic panel heating and a drying room just inside the front door.  There is a ski/board storage area for daily use downstairs  (to the right off the entrance hall).  There is a Smeg gas top plate/electric oven,  Microwave, dishwasher, TV set, CD/radio, DVD and a 3 in 1  radiogram with good jazz and other records. Provisions:  Bed linen (& doona), and bath mats are supplied, but bring towels.  The club is self catering.  The kitchen has plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, all necessary cooking utensils and tea-towels.  Tea/coffee, sugar, jams, rice, condiments, flour, tom sauce, etc are also provided.

Member Guests:  need to bring perishable foods, liquid refreshment and bath towels.  For additional supplies, the Buller Licensed Supermarket (PH: 5777 6133) is within 100 meters,  opposite the Molony Flats and just passed the Village Square / Clock Tower.

Lodge Duties:  Members/member guests are expected to pitch in and thus help around the apartment.  This keeps our costs considerably lower as cleaner cost $40 P/H. Your bed room/ensuite is your responsibility to tidy/clean and leave it as you would like to find it.  Please strip your bed when you leave and place the linen in the dirty linen basket by the front door. In the kitchen, you are responsible for cleaning up your things after meals, stacking/unloading the dishwasher, washing pots/pans, etc. It's best to remove rubbish regularly.  (PLEASE read the Instructions Sheet which should be in each bed room).   

NOTE: skis/boards, leave downstairs off the entrance hall Storage Area.

Change Over:  On Sundays Member Guests arriving early may leave their luggage in the Club (or a bedroom if available).  Please stay out of the Club till 5.00 PM, to thus help those departing clean/tidy, pack and go.  This problem does not occur on weekdays or Fridays. On Fridays, the earliest arrivals would possibly be about 7.00 PM and most don’t arrive until 10.00/11.00.   Thus check out can be as late as you want, after a long day of skiing and cleaning up the apartment.
