A Club With Something For Everyone

The Burwood District Bowls Club is situated only 12km from the GPO. in Melbourne's inner eastern suburbs.
The club is primarily a bowling club with no gaming facilities or full time staff. We have a dedicated and committed group of members who help make the club run very smoothly.
Our social clubrooms can be hired and we can cater for up to 150 people. All social and corporate functions can be self catered or in house catering is available.
Barefoot bowls or a social game between party goers can also be organised.
Our greens are currently equal to the best going around in metropolitan Melbourne.
We have 18 rinks available for play (12 with lights) which are surrounded with immaculately groomed gardens which frames the whole campus beautifully.
This really is a wonderful and picturesque venue that will meet all your function requirements and is guaranteed to have your guests raving for weeks to come.

For those with competitive blood running through their veins, the Burwood District Bowls Club is a very proud and successful club on the green. We have a newly promoted Premier Division Side that is always looking to improve, Division 2, Division 3, Division 5 and Division 8 Pennant Sides that play on Saturdays and Division 1, Division 2, Division 3 and Division 5 that play on Tuesdays through Bowls Victoria.
New members most are welcome to join the club and play competition pennant or, if you want, become a social member and play social bowls that is always being played during the week and on weekends. Coaching is readily available for all club members whether it is one on one or in a group session. Structured drills and playing scenarios can be organised as part of competition pennant practice.
