Bunerong Ski Club Statement of Purposes:

1. The objects of Bunerong Ski Club Incorporated are:
   1. to encourage and foster the activity of skiing in all its aspects;
   2. to assist in the advancement of skill on skis and matters pertaining to skiing and snow sports;
   3. to provide amenities in general for its members and in particular to provide a lodge for their use and enjoyment at Mount Baw Baw, Victoria.
2. Solely for the purpose of carrying out its objects the club may:
   1. engage in any or all of the activities permitted by the Association Incorporation Act;
   2. subscribe to, become a member of, or co-operate with any other club, association or organisation, whose objects are similar.
3. The property and income of the club shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the objects of the club. No portion of the club's income or property shall be paid or transferred to members, directly or indirectly by way of dividend or bonus.
4. Nothing in this statement shall prevent members from:
   1. being reimbursed for expenses incurred on behalf of the club;
   2. accepting prizes or awards of monetary value as successful competitors at any competition;
   3. receiving bona fide payments of remuneration;
   4. receiving any pecuniary benefit to which they would be entitled if they were not Members of the Club.
