All bookings should be made on the Booking Form. Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received. Cancellations may be made up to 3 weeks prior to booked dates. If you can find others to take up the booking, no charge will be made. If no replacement booking is arranged, a 25% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 3 weeks of booking date will receive no refund unless a replacement booking is arranged.

Rates 2011

There are two rates: "weekend" and "midweek". Children under 16, reduced rate. "Weekend" bookings are for a minimum two nights - Friday and Saturday. All rates shown are per person per night. "Midweek" rates apply from Sunday to Thursday nights.

For sole occupancy of the lodge by a group:

Weekend	$2400
Midweek	$850

A deposit of 25% is required for group bookings, with full payment four weeks prior to booked date.

Members and guests should not arrive before 5:00pm. If you arrive early, please leave luggage at the Public Day Shelter opposite if chalet is locked, or by arrangement with occupants, you may use the entry (wet) area of the lodge.

Our lodge is situated at site 3, Currawong Road in Mount Baw Baw Alpine Village. There are six bunk rooms catering for up to 24 people. All bunks have mattresses and pillows. The lodge is centrally heated with a communal kitchen, a large lounge/dining area, and an efficient drying room. There are supplies of soap, detergent, toilet paper, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper and sugar provided. Members and guests need bring only their bedding (sleeping bag, sheets and/or quilt and/or blankets and pillow case), food and drink requirements.
