U3A Online offers short online courses and many other useful resources for older people, especially those who are geographically, physically or socially isolated.
U3A Online is a world-first virtual University of the Third Age delivering online learning via the Internet. All that's needed to study online is access to a computer with an Internet connection and some basic computing skills.

The Western Victoria U3A Cluster is a partnership of seven U3As in Western Victoria, Australia, now representing more than 2,000 individual U3A members.
The Cluster was formed in 2000 to enable the group to achieve things that were beyond the resources of any one of the member U3As.

Offering a large range of classes including the Orchestra and Choir

Promotion of the U3A movement is the main role of the Network.
This role involves: Fostering the creation of new U3As and the further development of existing U3As.
Acting as a reference body and serving as a U3A resource facility.
Serving as a link between all Member U3As.
Providing publicity and promotion of the U3A movement to the general public, the government and other public bodies.
Organising conferences, seminars and special events.
Seeking government funding.
At present there are 85 Victorian U3As in the Network

The Third Age Trust is the UK U3A national representative body.
U3As are self-help, self-managed lifelong learning co-operatives for older people no longer in full time work, providing opportunities for their members to share learning experiences in a wide range of interest groups and to pursue learning not for qualifications, but for fun.

U3A Nepean - Blue Mountains Chifley Chapter is hosting the 2010 Network - NSW State Conference, 9 -10 March

U3A ACT is Canberra's only U3A. It started in 1986 and its member-ship has grown from 100 people to more than 3000 members. U3A ACT runs more than 180 courses advertised in the annual prospectus and updated in the two -monthly Newsletter as new ones become available.
U3A ACT participates in various aspects of community life in Canberra and has representatives on a number of external organisations and bodies.
