How does U3AB work?

   U3A members organise activities by drawing on the skills of each other. Like minded members are encouraged to form study groups  
Who can join U3AB
   U3A is a voluntary self-help organisation for those who have reached retiring age or not engaged in full time employment  
  Ballarat and Bendigo U3As collaborated on 25th Oct in a Choral and hand chimes concert at a beautiful church in Wendouree
 
When did U3AB start?
   The first U3A was formed in 1972 in France, first Australian group in 1982, the Ballarat group in 1987 and now over 87 U3As in Victoria.

2010: Celtic & World Music Players as a weekly class, Woodwork starts again, Italian for Travellers, new Watercolor and Line Dancing

   GPLACE is a learning consortium housed at the former Golden Point State School and refurbished to encourage community learning.
