                              Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9.00 am – 1.00 pm
ACTIVITIES AT THE HEALTH CENTRE
Men’s Shed each Monday – 10 am -2pm at the Big Green Shed (old Forestry Shed) behind the Mechanics Hall  Cost: $6.50 includes lunch.

Walk and Talk every Tuesday meet at Health Centre at 8.30 am.
Come along and join the group.

Low impact Aerobics/Exercise
Walk - Tai Chi – Walk with Vicfit instructor Rose Morecroft.
Meeting Mondays at 10.30am at the health centre until the 15th of December.  $3.00 includes cuppa.

Sew What Craft Group. Wednesday’s  1.00 pm – 3.30 pm
The group is self funded and their weekly contributions go to purchasing equipment, paying instructors and the occasional lunch. Each week they bring along their unfinished craft work to complete, and share a cuppa.
Kinda Gym for pre-schoolers. 11.00 am each Wednesday of school term
$4 per child $6 per family
in the Mechanics Hall
‘Monday Muse’ Naïve Art Class. Mondays
