Ben Doolan came from Sydney with a high price on his head. He rose to fame when Ned Kelly knocked a few of his teeth out on the SCG. He has had some bad luck with injuries at Essendon, and has only recently been able to get a spot in the senior side. In the last few games of the season he played his best football, going in harder than many other players. He could prove a useful player on the backline for the Bombers in years to come.
