Tim Darcy came across from Geelong at the beginning of this year, in a move that some people were a little skeptical about. Well he has proved to be good value in defense this year, providing experience that he gained with Geelong (as a result he has actually played the third most amount of games, behind Thompson and Salmon). It must be said that he probably doesn't have too many years left playing football, but it is good to see a guy that Geelong let go playing good football for our club. (Postnote: Tim retired at the end of the 1995 season)
