Welcome to Boroondara Preschool
Boroondara Preschool is a parent managed, not-for-profit organisation, providing a safe, flexible and stimulating environment for children to develop and grow while establishing the foundations for a seamless progression into primary education.
The dedicated and experienced team comprising staff and parents work collaboratively with children and families and provide thoughtful planning and consistent effort to provide the highest level of nurturing and support to the various class groups including special needs appropriate to a child's individual requirements.
The preschool has two resident rabbits called Bunny Two Too and Carmelle. In addition, Nibbles and Bruiser the guinea pigs visit frequently during the early part of the year when their cuddle sessions help all children settle in. Each year the kindergarten is provided with butterfly eggs that hatch caterpillars. They live on a citrus tree indoors before emerging as butterflies.
Fun, friendly social activities are organised per class throughout the year such as park outings, and fundraising events at various local family friendly venues.
