"Who you?" asked the patient A twinkle in his eye
"Should I say a doctor?", she thought
   Confused, not knowing why

Just a doctor? It didn't seem right
He already knew that - She saw him every night

If she said "Labour" Perhaps that would do
The twinkle in his eye said "That's not the real you!"

She barracked for St Kilda She went to all their games
But that wasn't all she was Her mind explained

Should she her interest In macrame reveal?
She was beyond these silly labels, she did feel

"I'm just a doctor," Her words the silence broke
A twinkle in HER eye - she shared the joke

That he was just a patient When she was sure
That he was more, he was more He was more, he was more.
