Gum trees tower on either side
Of Dromana's Arthur's Seat chairlift ride

You forward move With a gentle lurch
While you hold on tight To maintain your perch

Feet dangling in the empty air
Some cross their legs They haven't a care

And not much backrest To lean upon
You get quite stiff The ride is long

But oh at the top The splendid view
Port Phillip Bay All hazy blue
