If you see an opportunity to make money from distributing a piece of poetry or an article from my site, fair dealing for me is to pass a share of that money to the copyright holder.
I would regard it as unfair if you did not have the decency to approach the holder of the copyright with an offer of a share in the proceeds of such a project.
