Our four highly qualified and experienced tutors can instruct students in all styles and all mediums.Farimah Eshraghi
– All media and styles– Monday morning. Farmah is a graduate of the Fine Arts Academy of Bologna, Italy. She is also a qualified teacher (University of Melbourne). As a professional painter she is inspired by both the Renaissance Masters and the Surrealists and her works are often also inspired by her spiritual beliefs. Her works are found in both private and public collections worldwide, including Italy, USA, South America and Australia and she has won awards for her work in a number of international and local Art Competitions. Farimah is a member of The Australian Guild of Realist Artists, The Victorian Pastel Society and The Contemporary Arts Society of Victoria. Joan Richard
– Water colour – Realist, traditionalist watercolour painter– Tuesday afternoon Joan was a Scholarship winner for the Diploma Course at the East Sydney Technical College. She has also studied with Louise Foletta, Richard Alsop, Arthur Markham David Taylor, Joseph Zbukvic, Shirley Bourne and Margaret Cowling. She is a member of a number of several Art Societies including The Victorian Artists Society and The Melbourne Society of Women Painters and Sculptors of which she is currently the President. Joan has had a number of exhibitions and is the recipient of a number of awards. Paul McDonald-Smith O.A.M
– Oil painting, traditional style– Wednesday morning Paul is influenced by the teaching of Max Meldrum and his mentor Sir William Dargie C.B.E. He is a Fellow of the Victorian Artists Society and has served as its President. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, London, President of The Twenty Melbourne painters Society and Chairman of the A.M,E, Bale Scholarship Judging/Advisory Panel. He paints principally in oils, has been exhibiting since 1976 and has conducted painting classes since 1977. He is the recipient of well over one hundred awards for painting and is represented in private, corporate and national collections in Australia and internationally. – All media, – Wednesday evening Lorraine studied at TAFE and the Victorian Artists Society. She is a popular tutor with a number of community art groups. She has won many awards particularly for her works in Pastel. Her paintings can be seen at the AGRA Gallery in Camberwell. TBA |
