    As yet, democracy exists in name only
    and, we, the people, are conned, confused, and troubled.

    Wherever the secret ballot does not apply,
    the people do not rule. It's as simple as that.


    A real democracy must have the secret ballot in its parliaments,
    so that the peoples' representatives can be free,
    to decide the issues of concern to the people, unhindered by the distorting pressures of external forces.
