Shared Trail - Greensborough Road
The Shared Trail along the east side of Greensborough Road in front of the Army Camp is now complete. The expansion and cracking control joints have been constructed as per the relevant specs (Austroads Pt 14). It is now possible to ride from Civic drive north of Greensborough to Heidelberg using the new trails, with a section between Grimshaw St and Yallambie Road traversed using minimal traffic back streets running parallel to the main road. The surface of this new concrete trail is very good unlike the surface of some of the new Eastlink trail which is rough.
