The Australian Babylon 5 Fan Club was created in 1993, by Glen Tilley and James Allen. The club's main goal is to bring fans of Babylon 5 and Crusade together. Our newsletter, called "Babbling On", is crammed with previews, reviews, gossip, news on club events and upcoming Conventions, as well as speculations into the works of J. Michael Straczynski. Previous meetings have included Mini Golf, Zone 3: Darkzone, Zoo days and Beach parties.
These days, we've been known to do all of the above as well as Planetarium visits, joint ventures with other Science Fiction Clubs and the odd well planned BBQ. Hall meetings with entertainment such as games and discussion groups as well as information visits from lecturers in fields like UFO and Linguistic studies also take place.
We are prepared to arrange whatever you, the members would like to do. All you have to do is let us know and we'll do our best. Hope to see you at a meeting in the near future.
