This new (1979) park on the site of the original Australagraph Studios is named after the annoying next-door neighbour in Man About The House (UK) or Three's Company (US). No one seems to know or care which. Popular with Felix's many dog-owners. Traverse Tip: Don't wear shoes with a heavy tread and bring a pooper-scooper.
