Australis Space Centre

Cape Torque

(1989, Astral Travel Corporation) Founders of Australis' only attempt to join the Space Race claim their efforts date back to Egyptian times. So it is apt that the Australis Space and Natural Healing Centre is dominated by a 200 ft square galvanised pyramid that was once a wheat silo. No missions have been launched, but visitors can contribute patchouli oil to help fuel an as yet unbuilt space vehicle. Maybe these people took Chariots of the Gods a little too seriously.
