The Criterion Arch Ember |
This mysterious public monument is completely covered in climbing ivy and scrupulously kept in trim by the local council. No one knows what the imposing structure was erected for, but its accompanying visitors centre displays many shrewd and outrageous speculations made by tourists and locals alike.
