For the last 25 years of his life, until 1923, a supernatural force physically attacked Vincent Malcolm, the Chief Surgeon of Felix General, every October 16.

Regardless of the protective measures put in place by his family, the local police and eventually the town's religious and psychic communities the annual paranormal assaults continued until they were finally fatal. The hapless doctor's house was demolished and the small park that you see today, dedicated to the loved medic.
