The Garnell Obelisk Felix |
It appears. It disappears. All in the blink of a camera flash. The Garnell Obelisk is one of Australis' enduring mysteries - work of art, work of the devil or work of Australist University students? No one knows which, nor is it known when this strange monument will re-appear in front of the Felix Town Hall. However, credible witnesses over the last century have reported the eerie sight of this phallic form in front of the capital's favourite public building.
