New Tom Clancy book to have two covers
The fifth installment of the Jack Ryan books will have two separate covers, one for adults (a hybrid construction of Kevlar with a 9mm V-50 rating - a 9mm bullet has only a 50% chance of penetrating the cover), the dustjacket to feature futuristic styling, low-friction shell, evaporative cooling, smartfit system, sliplock tails, Neosoft straps, Active Matrix Ballistics, label-free liner, bottom-loading panels, repositionable straps, Qwiktab fasteners, color-coded panels, pivotpoint side panels, and color-coded panels) and one for children (made from flimsy wet tissue paper).

Paul McCartney to play first-ever Russian gig
Beatles records were banned by authorities in the Soviet Union, as were those of Wings. With the prospect of Sir Paul's tour, the ban has been reinstated "as a humanitarian gesture" said a spokesman for the Russian Parliament.
