Naginata instruction is provided in English and in Japanese. The qualified instructors are recognised by the International Naginata Federation, the Australian Naginata Federation and the All Japan Naginata Federation.

Training is conducted for Shiai (competition), pictured above and Kata (choreographed techniques) pictured below.
