The new regulations, - the Rail Safety Regulations
Division 3 Sections 38 - 40 require the following:

40 - Records of competence and training
Competency of rail safety workers means that we must
Assess competence against any applicable units of
competence recognised under the Quality Training
Framework within the meaning of the Skilling
Australia’s Workforce Act 2005 or any other
competency as specified by the Safety Director
