On Tuesday the 31st of August the Australian band REGURGITATOR entered a glass bubble in Melbourne's Federation Square to record their fifth album in full view of the public. The guys will spend 21 days and nights locked in the bubble, with their producer, an engineer, and TV personality JABBA. Their every move is being broadcast on digital television. The song TU PLANG launched the Brisbane band's career in 1996, but their last few releases have failed to equal its success. Is this a stunt to sell CDs, or an exploration of the creative capacity of the culture industry?
