We'll hear from ROGER STEFFEN* a world expert on the life and music of Bob MARLEY* the musician who gave Reggae to the world.  STEFFEN is presently on a nation-wide tour.

The Rocks in Sydney* an area west of Circular Quay and in the shadow of the Sydney Harbour Bridge,*has been transformed over the past thirty years from a down-at-heel relic of convict days* to a harbour-side tourist mecca.  Last weekend, the streets of the The Rocks were taken over by artists* as part of a month-long visual arts event.  DAVID HANDLEY founder of Sculpture by the Sea*  is Artistic Director.  Anna Brain reports*
