Our guest is John Olson* not the veteran painter but former premier of South Australia now Australia's Consul-General in Los Angles* in part responsible for presenting Australian culture to the people of the United States* It seems that some Americans think we speak pretty good English for foreigners.  And Nina-Marie will review Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind directed by Michel Gondry*

July 12, 1979 was the end of one intriguing story and the beginning of another.  Skylab was the predecessor to NASA's orbiting space station. The world knew that the satellite was going to fall to earth* but no one knew exactly where. Finally as it plummeted to earth in 1979, it left debris along a 1500 km trail across south west Western Australia. 
Now a new art exhibition documents the human and technical narrative of the end of Skylab.  JESS MYLES spoke with DAVID CARSON* originator and co-ordinator of the project.

A new form of copyright has been launched in Australia and it's an important development for content creators working in the new media.  It is called the Creative Commons and takes on the idea of the old agricultural commons, lands available to a whole village to grow crops and so benefit.  Professor Brian Fitzgerald of the Queensland University of Technology has been a key player in adapting this US concept to the Australian legal system*
