And recently it gets paid off, as the radio show has received CBAA awards for Excellence in Community Broadcasting in the category of Aboriginal programming.
A few weeks before the awards were announced, Melissa Cranenburgh was in Sydney for ArtsAlive and spoke to the executive producer of "Arts Yarn Up" Caroline Barton.
