How to fill in the ballot form for the Constitutional Covention?

Voting closes on December 9 for the Constitutional Convention on the Republic. The low response rate so far sggests some voters are having a bit of trouble filling in the form, which is slightly complicated.

Nasya Bahfen spoke to Trevor Owens from the Australian Electoral Commission trying to unlock the secrets of the ballot form: In simple words, either a "1" in one box only above the line, or fill in the 3-digit number of your preferred candidates below the line.
