writer & film maker Anna-Marie Beligan

Romanian born short-story writer Anna-marie Beligan is a graduate of Bucharest film school. She believes Australia to be a pioneer of world cinema. Her interests include feminism and the theatre of the absurd. Her short stories are widely published in Australia and Romania. Recently Anna-marie received Australia Council funding to write for the Romanian magazine 'Horizon', and to introduce Australian writers to readers in Romania. Anna-marie's next project is to publish her first novel.
