student newspaper in court again
[interview - 5 minutes 40 seconds]La Trobe University's student newspaper 'Rabelais' has taken its appeal to the Federal Court. It is appealing against a ban imposed by the Office of Film and Literature Classification against a 1994 edition which included an article on shoplifting.
Fiona Parker reported from the Federal Court and looked at the role of the student newspaper, freedom of speech and the Rabelais case.
