The Telecommunications Needs Research Group has launched a new website (note: weblink no longer valid) intended to make research on the cultural place of telecommunications technologies more accessible to policy makers and internet users alike. TNRG says that there is too little research done and too little debate in the wider community on issues of culture and technological change. The web site is expected to address the need for information and debate.
