Humour, naturally, takes as many forms as there are ways to make people laugh - or, at least, smile.
Of course, there are jokes, comics, cartoons, comedies and, on the Internet, those Websites that are so
useless, so absolutely and unmitigatingly without purpose, that you have to laugh. I've assembled a few
sites here that appeal to my warped sense of humour. Remember, when ya stop laughing,
check your pulse. You're probably dead!
COMEDIES
These are links to a few of my favourite comedies. I've only just started to collect them, so hopefully, I'll add more as
time goes by. Keep checking back, this list is sure to grow!
Some humour never dates. While their radio shows were all originally recorded 30-40 years ago, the Goon's brand of humour
has transcended time. Spike Milligan, Harry Seacombe and the late Peter Sellars can still be heard on many radio stations
around the world. Their fans span generations, with many Goonophiles having been born long after their last show was recorded.
Neddie Seagoon, Eccles, Bluebottle, Henry Crun, Minnie Bannister, Moriarty and
Grytpype-Thynne will remain icons unto eternity!
There are worse ways of starting your day than with a dose of Dilbert or Dr.Fun. There are heaps of other comics and cartoons
on the Web. Gimme some time and I'll add them here soon.
These are sites that make you ask "Why???" They make you
wonder why the author ever bothered. They serve no purpose. They are truly useless!!
However, sometimes a site can be so absolutely, mind-bogglingly, bloody useless,
that it is a masterpiece of uselessness!! These are the ones that almost pass
into another dimension and are worth a look.
