Check to see whether the Satellite T.V. Channels you're watching have a website - quite often you just might find a programme guide in amongst all the hype that TV channels usually include on their sites. Oh yeah, you might want to get yourself a programme like SideKick which has world times in it - the odds are pretty much against the sites having programme times for your time zone.
