This expedition has been designed to provide 10-days in the
field for year 10 and 11 students. The students and teachers will
work in the Tingaringy Section of the Alpine National Park in East
Gippsland, Victoria. The work will be done in cooperation with the
Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Victoria. The
April date, the variety of eco-systems and the outdoor nature of the
research will give teachers and students opportunities for field
projects as part of VCE Study Designs in Biology, Environmental Science,
Geography and Outdoor Education. Projects will be designed by teachers
and their students and will be carried out within the framework and
with the support of the ANZSES organisation and our expedition field camp.
