A. Aims
Vote Informal Today Direct Democracy Tomorrow is a political party
that promotes Direct Democracy as an alternative to Parliamentary Rule.
The organisation will stand candidates in federal elections who will encourage
electors to VOTE INFORMAL. By pursuing a strategy of informal voting we
will be mounting a direct challenge to the illusion that power lies in
Parliament, and we will be promoting a democratic alternative to parliamentary
rule.
B. Parliamentary Candidates
Any member of Vote Informal Today Direct Democracy Tomorrow is free
to stand as a candidate in any federal election.
C. Finances
Any member who decides to stand is RESPONSIBLE for their nomination
fees and any electoral expenses they incur. The party takes no responsibility
for any electoral expenses incurred by the candidate. The party will not
accept any donations. All funds and assets raised by the candidates remain
the responsibility and assets of the candidate.
D. Co-ordination
Any member who decides to nominate for a Federal parliamentary seat
must advise the Party Registered Officer of nomination details and send
his/her nomination fee to the registered officer. Once the Parties Registered
