Institutional Members
Note: Only one person per institutional member can be registered at the ALIA member rate. All other attendees must be registered at the non-member rate.
A separate registration form must be completed for each delegate.

To assist us in allocation of space, please indicate your session choice on the registration form.
Payment
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Australian delegates may pay by personal cheque or money order. Payments from abroad must be made by bank draft in Australian dollars. No other forms of payment will be accepted.
Registrations will be processed only if accompanied by full payment.
Acknowledgment
Your registration will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received on or before 31/7/96 will have all monies refunded minus a 10% administrative charge; from 1/8/96 till 6/9/96, a 50% refund will be given. No refunds will be made after 6/9/96 unless there are exceptional circumstances, however substitutes will be accepted.
No refunds will be made for the cancellations of tours and social events except where registrants are cancelling their entire registration.
