Convention Network (Sue Wood & Associates Pty Ltd) (herein called the operator) hereby advises: All tickets and coupons covering transportation, hotel accommodation or other services and facilities furnished are issued by the Operator solely as Agent for such other Companies or persons, whether corporate or otherwise, as furnish such transportation, hotel accommodation and other services and facilities. Neither the operator nor any of its sub-agents shall be liable in any way whatsoever for loss or damage or injury to property, or injury to person by reason of any act, neglect or default by any transportation Company, hotel agent, or any other body or persons, its agents or servant providing such services or facilities. The Operator shall not be liable for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in aircraft, steamer or other transportation service or to changes in accommodation arrangements due to sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or any other causes whatsoever or howsoever arising. In the event that it should be considered necessary or advisable for the comfort and well-being of the passengers or for any other reason whatsoever to alter the itinerary or arrangements, any such alteration may be made without liability on the operators. Additional expenses, if any, occasioned thereby shall be borne by the passengers and any saving effected thereby shall be refunded to the passengers. The benefit of any immunity from liability attached to the Operator pursuant to this clause of any on the passenger's ticket shall also attach to any of its services or agents of whatsoever kind from whom the Operator contracts as agent for this purpose. These conditions shall not effect any limitation of liability or any carrier or other corporate body or person contained in any ticket issued to a passenger in respect of any part or parts of a tour. The Transportation Companies or Firms are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft or conveyances. The passage contract in use by the carriers concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the Transportation Companies or firms and the purchaser of these tours and/or passengers.
