The elections for AIV 2006 Committee were on Wednesday night. Positions were elected as follows:

• Convenor - Angela Randall
• Treasurer - Heather Calder
• Secretary - Timothy Dunstone
• Concert Manager - Mark Egelstaff
• Librarian - Jennifer Larter
• Fundraising Officer - Greg Read
• Publicity Officer - Phoebe Vivian
• Corporate Sponsorship Officer - Andrew Wilkins
• Camp Officer - Louise Tunbridge
• Social Secretary - Kate Haslam
• Transport and Billeting Officer - Emma Clutterham
• General Assistant/Ombudsman - Ellinor Willumsen
• General Assistant - Michael Gehling
• AUCS President - Emily Heylen
• FUCS President - Jennifer Larter

Johnny Webb did an excellent job of Returning Officer for the evening. (Thanks!)

All went smoothly - people had a full list of positions and how the meeting was to be run.

(2004/05/06) Adelaide IV Elections 19/05/2004

The elections for the full Adelaide IV committee are to be held on the Wednesday 19th May 2004. They will be held at the Madley Rehearsal Space, Adelaide University (AUCS Rehearsal). Time is still to be confirmed with the conductor. We are hoping for 7pm.

The first point of the evening will be to ratify the constitution. Originally based on the AIV 2001 and CIV 2003 constitutions, this has already been workshopped by a few keen steering committee members, looked over by the entire steering committee and has been checked by two lawyers. We will be forwarding it to all AUCS and FUCS members to read shortly.

The second point of the evening will be to elect the office bearers as written in the constitution. The positions that will be elected are as follows:

• Convenor
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Concert Manager
• Librarian
• Fundraising Officer
• Publicity Officer
• Corporate Sponsorship Officer
• Camp Officer
• Social Secretary
• Transport and Billeting Officer
• General Assistant/Ombudsman
• General Assistant
• The President of AUCS (ex officio) as Liaison person
• The President of FUCS (ex officio) as Liaison person

The positions will be elected in that order. There will be more information regarding available positions on the night (or if you'd prefer, you may contact myself or any other steering committee member prior to the elections).

If anyone cannot make it to the elections and wishes to be nominated for a position please contact me (see signature below) and I will ensure you are nominated for the position of your choice.

(2004/04/15) AIV 2006 Steering Committee

Elections for the AIV 2006 Steering Committee were held last night.

Our committee consists of myself (Angela Randall) as chair and a handful of general members:

• Andrew Wilkins
• Louise Tunbridge
• Kate Haslam
• Melinda Salmon
• Fiona O'Connor
• Jenny Larter

Also, we will be inviting all members of FUCS and AUCS who want to have a say to talk to the steering committee members or come to meetings.

The AIV Elections proper will be held as soon as possible. The steering committee will decide on the details.
