Spalling of reinforced concrete at the Oak St Bridge, Bendigo.

An investigation by the RCA concluded that the bridge was beyond repair. In addition to the spalling, the arch ring was badly distorted (c.f. Wade St) and the concrete weak. See Colosimo, V.
