See into the mists of hope
Clinging to the far side of despair
Both false creations of our mind
Neither exist
Only for us becaue we clothe ourselves in the past and future, 
Worries, fears and hopes
All created by our mind
Giving a semblance of reality
If we did not think none of them would be
Look within and see them for what they are
Peel each back and see the real I
Peeling of the last skin and nothing
There is no 'I'
A true 'I' hiding inside
Nothing
We are nothingness
Seeing this weep in joy
In our nothingness we are all
Nothingness means No Thing
An abscence
A living flowing, glorious abscence
It is what we all are
One with each other 
So look inside
Do not fight or try to change 
There is no 'I' to change
You will only add anohter skin to be shed
Stop fighting
Surrender
Look within and see.
