Afraid of what
Fear comes from thought
Thought is of the past
The past is dead
Fear is of the future
Afraid of the unknown
The future is dead
Both past and future are illusions of the mind
The world we see is an illusion of the mind
As is fear itself
Similarly our very sense of 'I'
We cannot die for we do not live
Life and death are opposites
There are no opposites for us
We are beyond time and space
Eternal and supreme
Each of us
For we are One
See every individual as God
Every animal and tree
They are all God
You are God
We are all One
Already perfect
Love each as yourself
See the mind clinging to itself
Throwing the illusion over us
Making us believe we are special
Causing our anguish and pain, fear, emotion
Without mind there is no fear
Don't fight fear
This only strengthens the mind
Defeat one fear and another rears its head
Endlessly
Forget them
Forget all fears, anxieties and worries
Turn to the root cause of the ill
The mind
Turn attentoin on it
No fighting it
Just watch it
See how it wakes
Watch the thoughts enter
Realise in your bones
The thoughts are not you
You can watch them come and go
They have no hold on you
Watching them you will free yourself from their hold
No longer reacting to them
Good or bad
Simply aware, watching
Passively watching mind weakens
You are no longer fighting with though, giving it strength
It has nothing to feed its illusion
Spontaneously it packs in
Mind, the past, future, I, worries
The illusion of the world goes
You no longer exist
You are as you have always ben
One, Eternal, Transcendental
So ignore everything else
Just watch your mind
