Growing awareness

I see the sunshine floating into my room and cackles of dust mites
Laughing and smiling at nothing in particular
Happy
With no minds.
Nothing to know 
Peace flows from them onto me
Accept yourself and do not try and change anything
All change acknowledges there is an I to change
An individual who can be moulded.
Whereas you want to look within and see the mirage nature of the I
No existence but in our mind
Trying to change only strengthens the I
In opposition to what you wish.
So don’t try and change yourself
Don’t try and change anything
Don’t do anything
All doing does is confirm the I, give it strength, put you in its power
So what can I do to control my mind
Stop me having this endless struggle
NOTHING
I cannot do anything 
Accept it all and simply watch.
In this accepting and watching
In this doing of nothing
Awareness will grow
Watch it grow
Don’t chase after it
But watch.
Detached and quiet
