They pound away in my head
Thoughts
Big ones and little ones
No stopping em
Carried away with some down alleyways I’ve trodden before
Don’t follow
Turn back
I know the overpowering impulse for one last thought
Clear up the situation and leave it tidy before you stop thinking and enter Karma.
But look at your own life
Has thought ever done cleared up anything
No
So fight the impulse no matter the subject
Major or trivial
Ignore it
No last thought
No thoughts at all

Just try and see
