This an excellent resource for ADHD children, their parents and teachers.

Used alone or as a companion to "PUTTING ON THE BRAKES" it gives a concise explanation of ADHD and has many useful tips and suggestions to help the child with self-management.

The book includes pictures, puzzles, stories and activities in order to hold interest.

Topics covered include:

There are charts and lists, which can be copied and used as planning tools. My own primary school-aged children and their teachers have found it invaluable especially the "managing your time" and the "weekly assignment / keeping track of assignments" check sheets.

While most ADHD children would not use this workbook alone, with the help of a supportive adult such as a teacher, tutor or parent,`` this book can help bring order to the disorder which plagues their lives.
