December Films is a small and energetic Melbourne-based film and television production company, which has been established since 1986. Building on its past as a prolific, innovative and award-winning educational programming producer, it has over the past five years expanded its production slate to include documentary, children's programming and animation.

A recent documentary is Grey Nomads which explores issues of ageing as it follows several old people who have sold everything to take to the open road of the Australian outback for a life of adventure and discovery.

In production
Grey Voyagers is a series of half hour television documentaries about highly individual, 'older' travellers on unique odysseys to parts of the world of special significance to them.
Grey Voyagers has been presold to SBS and RTE.
