"The Images of Our Elders" photographic exhibition and competition, as
well as "Timelines", a CD of music performed by artists representing
different generations.

The Hammond Care Group identifies community needs
and proactively and innovatively provides care and services to meet those
needs. Since inception the organisation has had a commitment to the
financially disadvantaged. The Hammond Care Group provides residential and
day care to over 400 elders at the Hammond Village at Hammondville in
South Western Sydney. It has a reputation for delivering high quality,
innovative and effective programs which enable older adults to maximise
and enjoy quality of life, and for its continuing commitment to those least
able to provide for themselves. HCG is also involved in a number of
innovative community and 'healthy ageing' projects including Images of Our
Elders and the Wilfrid Gordon McDonald Partridge Award for children and
schools involved in intergenerational activities.
