MAINSTAGE THEATRE COMPANY AND IYOP IN TASMANIA

Judy Bierwirth's play, "Alive and Kicking" was performed at Mainstage, in Hobart, in May.
Mainstage Theatre Company is a partner of AC "99 Tasmania and they experienced great pleasure in being part of the joys, aspirations and strength of the characters of the play.
"Alive and Kicking" is an ageless comedy which looks at the experience of getting older in a lively, joyous and very positive manner. The play embodies the abiding principles on which the International Year of Older Persons is founded - Independence, Participation, Care, Self-fulfilment and Dignity.
